The Annual General Meeting

The Executive of the Auckland Polish Association informs that on 16 June 2019, Sunday, at 14:00,
at the Polish House, 1 McDonald Street, Morningside, The Annual General Meeting is to be held
with the Election of the Executive.
We invite all members to participate in the Annual General Meeting. By participating in the meeting
you are actively involved in the Auckland Polish Association and participate in major and important
decisions related to the most important issues and thereby contributing to the future
of the Association. For these reasons, we wait to see all of you at the meeting in May.
We invite everyone! Come with your fresh ideas, participate in constructive discussion and by
sharing our enthusiasm together we will create a space where all of us will want to meet.
All members who want to candidate to the Executive we invite to come to the Polish House
to meet with the current Executive on Sunday 2/06/2019 13:30-14:00.
We kindly remind you that the right to vote and candidate to the Executive, have only financial
members of Association, so we encourage you to pay outstanding membership prior to the meeting.

Zarząd Stowarzyszenia Polaków w Auckland informuje, że w dniu  w dniu 16 czerwca 2019, niedziela, w Domu Polskim 1 McDonald Street, Morningside, o godz. 14:00 odbędzie się Walne Zgromadzenie
w trakcie którego zostanie wybrany Zarząd Stowarzyszenia.

Zapraszamy wszystkich członków, aby przez uczestnictwo w   Walnym Zebraniu, zaangażowali się
w podejmowanie ważnych  wiążących decyzji, dotyczących najistotniejszych spraw i przez to współtworzyli przyszłość naszego Stowarzyszenia.  Z tych względów prosimy o jak najliczniejszy udział w zgromadzeniu.

Zapraszamy wszystkich! Przyjdźcie  ze swoimi świeżymi pomysłami , konstruktywną dyskusją  
i zapałem. Razem stwórzmy przestrzeń gdzie wszyscy będziemy chcieli się spotykać.

Wszystkie osoby chętne aby kandydować do władz Zarządu zapraszamy na spotkanie z obecnym Zarządem w najbliższą niedzielę 2/06/2019  13:30 – 14:00.

Jednocześnie przypominamy, że czynne prawo wyborcze  mają jedynie członkowie, którzy opłacili składki w roku 2019. Prosimy o uregulowanie składek członkowskich przed zebraniem.
