Looking for Polish Bakers

Do you have a favourite Polish cake recipe?

Would you be willing to bake it and donate it to our APA cake stall at our Spring Market at the Dom Polski next Sunday, 10 September?

We are still fund-raising for an accessibility toilet for our hall, and all the proceeds from all our APA stalls go towards that goal.

Whether it is a makowiec, szarlotka, sernik, or chrusty, we know that our customers always enjoy being reminded of their Polish tastes and memories.

If you are able to help, please let us know through info@poloniaauckland.co.nz, and put “Polish cake” into the subject line. Please let us know the type of cake you will bake, and bring it to the APA kitchen just before the market, which opens at 1pm. In anticipation, many thanks!
