The Small Business Opportunity

The Morningside area in Auckland near the Polish House building at 1 McDonald Street is undergoing significant urban regeneration with a mix of established residential and new apartments, established small and large businesses and a booming food entertainment precinct with cafés and bars. Further developments are underway and the proximity to Eden Park makes this an ideal opportunity for a food outlet offering lunch meals and/or specialty foods to nearby residents and workers.

The Auckland Polish Association is seeking Expressions of Interest from entrepreneurial individuals and businesses specializing in specialty foods, European cuisine or pastry and cakes (preferably Polish or Central European) wishing to lease small retail food outlet space in the Polish House at 1 McDonald Street, Morningside, Auckland

The prospective tenant will have the opportunity to provide ideas for the interior design and the set up for the store before an internal fit-out commence or can propose to complete the fit-out themselves for a lower lease rate.

The location is ideal for existing business looking to expand or new business starter.

The successful proposal will be selected at the sole discretion of the Executive of the Auckland Polish Association.

All completed forms must be submitted by 3 May 2019 along with all supporting documentation.
